About the Job

We are looking for a Nurse to join our evening team.

The evening team consists of 5 nurses working throughout Uddevalla Municipality. We offer independent work where you assess and perform medical interventions and care measures. The work is varied, flexible, and occasionally fast-paced. We handle both planned and urgent interventions. The role also includes telephone advice. We collaborate on joint tasks with entities such as 1177 (Healthcare Direct) and home care services.

There is a good atmosphere and strong cooperation in our operations. You work closely with your colleagues and collaborate to create and maintain good relationships.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 15:00–22:00, with a weekly working time of 28.25 hours (full-time).

Responsibilities

  • Standard duties within home healthcare.
  • Work independently and in teams with assessment and interventions.
  • Perform medical interventions.
  • Delegate and supervise care staff.
  • Participate in the development of close-to-patient care.

  • Is confident in your role as a nurse.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Some years of experience as a nurse.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).

Experience in municipal health and medical care is meritorious. It is also meritorious if you are a District Nurse or have another relevant specialist nurse degree.


For positions requiring a license/valid proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare for a protected professional title, this must be submitted prior to employment.

Language assessment is conducted for certain professional groups before employment can become current.

Criminal record checks are conducted for all employment within the Social Services Administration.

For employment within residential homes for youth (HVB), the extract "HVB-hem" is requested.

For employment in operations targeting children with disabilities, the extracts "Children with Disabilities" and control of own information are requested.

For other employment within the Social Services Administration, the extract "Control of Own Information" is requested.

If the extract is not digital, it must be brought in an unopened envelope in connection with the check.
