Customer Receptionist with Responsibility for Finance and Administration

Värö Bil AB is a growing company in the automotive industry, and we are now looking for an engaged customer receptionist who will also work with finance and administration. With us, you will have a varied and responsible role where you become an important part of the daily operations and contribute to providing our customers with top-class service.

Job Responsibilities

As a customer receptionist, you are the company's first point of contact with our customers and are responsible for providing a professional and friendly reception. The role includes receiving customers on-site, answering phone calls and emails, and scheduling services. You will also work with invoicing, payment handling, simpler ongoing financial tasks, administration of customer registers and documents, and other administrative tasks that arise in the office.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, and has a professional demeanor. You enjoy working with people and have a good ability to build trust with our customers. You are meticulous and structured. We prefer that you have experience in customer service, administration, or finance, as well as good computer skills and an aptitude for learning new systems. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of English is an advantage. Great importance will be placed on your personal qualities.
