As a Quality Engineer with us, you will become part of an engaged team where collaboration, innovation, and development are in focus. You will work closely with management, development, production, and suppliers to strengthen the quality culture, optimize processes, and ensure that products and projects deliver according to high standards.
Through a data-driven and business-oriented approach, you will also contribute to developing risk management, information governance, and digitalization, creating the prerequisites for achieving the organization's goals and KPIs.
We are located in specially designed premises in the heart of Linköping – a place created for both focus and community. Whether you are out on assignments or working from the office, this is your home base, where we meet, develop, and have fun together.
Within our business area Compliance & Management, we support our customers in transitioning to digital, sustainable, and secure operations through expert knowledge in quality, security, sustainability, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that products, processes, and projects meet quality requirements through analysis, risk assessments, monitoring, and quality control throughout the entire value chain.
- Drive quality improvements by identifying deviations, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing effective measures using methods such as 8D, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Develop and follow up on working methods, quality goals, and KPIs, and contribute to increased digitalization, information governance, and efficiency in the business.
- Collaborate with development, production, management, and suppliers to strengthen the quality culture, manage risks, and create long-term improvements.
Qualifications We are looking for you who is communicative and relationship-building, and who thrives in cross-functional teams. You are analytical, solution-oriented, and motivated by driving improvements in complex environments. You have the ability to quickly adapt to changed conditions and see opportunities where others see challenges.
In addition to your personal qualities, we want you to have:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Economics, Production Technology, or another relevant field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in quality work within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in quality management, process development, and continuous improvement work, preferably with knowledge of lean and agile methods.
- Experience in risk and requirement analysis, as well as quality work within projects, production, or the supplier chain.
- Experience with quality standards and certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, or IATF 16949.
- Technical competence in quality tools and methods such as 8D, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Experience in information governance and digital tools for quality management is a plus.
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Some assignments may be subject to defense secrecy, which means that an approved security clearance may be required for these assignments.

Practical Information This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period, located at our office on Tanneforsgatan 3 in Linköping. Travel to our customers may occur as part of the role. The start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
