Why this job is for you You know that quality doesn't start in the factory – it starts with the supplier. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you are a key person who ensures that the right requirements, processes, and relationships are in place from the very beginning. Your work lays the foundation for sustainable, safe, and reliable products – strengthening both deliveries and customer trust.

Here, you are part of a strong team of quality specialists. We are consultants who often work on-site with clients, but always have our team as a fixed point of reference. Here you have colleagues to bounce ideas off, share experiences with, and develop together – no matter where you are in your assignment.

Our office in the heart of Linköping is more than just a workplace. It is our meeting point – a place for community, knowledge sharing, and inspiration. Here we meet, develop, and have fun together.

You will become part of our business area Compliance & Management. We support an efficient transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expert knowledge in areas such as quality, security, sustainability, and project management.

Responsibilities

As a Supplier Quality Engineer with us, you ensure quality throughout the entire supply chain – from first contact to finished product. You work closely with suppliers and the client's project team, contributing your expertise at every step.

  • You will, for example:
  • Qualify suppliers and their manufacturing processes
  • Review and follow up on supplier documentation
  • Drive deviation management – from root cause analysis to corrective actions
  • Perform supplier assessments and risk analyses
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in the supply chain and share experiences within our quality team.

Here you get to work both strategically and practically – and see how your work directly impacts the results.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who combine technical knowledge with collaboration skills and an eye for detail. You thrive in the intersection between technology, processes, and people.

You also have:

  • An engineering degree in e.g., mechanical, production, or quality technology
  • 3–5 years of experience in quality work within manufacturing industry, preferably with a supplier focus
  • Experience in production, design, quality, or purchasing
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and preferably EN 9100, IATF 16949, or CE marking
  • Experience with tools such as 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, or PPAP
  • Fluent skills in Swedish and English

Some assignments may be subject to defense secrecy, which means a security clearance may be required.
