Service Manager Wanted in the Energy Sector!
Are you ready to step into the role of Service Manager and make a difference in the energy industry? You are offered an administrative role with a technical focus, where you become a key part of the planning behind field operations. With our client in Kungsbacka, you will develop your competencies in service management and contribute to the future electricity grid. Join a cohesive team and influence tomorrow, today.
About the Role
As a Service Manager, you are responsible for planning and coordinating short-term service and maintenance assignments within the distribution network, both in overhead line and underground cable environments and at various voltage levels. The role is largely administrative, based out of the office in Kungsbacka. In this position, you ensure that the right materials, resources, and prerequisites are in place before technicians head out, and you follow up on assignments in the system with a focus on clarity, quality, and safety.
The work is carried out in close contact with technicians, suppliers, and clients, where you act as the hub ensuring order, planning, and documentation. You are employed by Sodajo Consulting and work as a consultant for our client in the energy sector.
What We Offer
- An important and developmental role where you combine technology, structure, and communication in your daily work.
- You become part of an engaged team working together for safe and efficient deliveries.
- The role offers you the opportunity to take the next step from, for example, a technical professional role to a more planning and coordination-focused career.
Responsibilities
You plan and coordinate service assignments for the electricity grid and create a clear workflow from start to finish. You ensure material needs and resources, follow up on schedules, and handle documentation in various systems. You report on the status of assignments and maintain an active dialogue with field technicians and clients to ensure that work can be carried out according to requirements for time, safety, and quality.
Qualifications
- We are looking for you who have technical understanding and experience from the electricity or energy sector, for example as a technician, installer, planner, or in an administrative role with a technical focus.
- Upper secondary education or higher, preferably within electricity or power engineering.
- You are computer literate and thrive with system support as a natural part of your workday.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
Supervisory experience is meritorious but not a requirement. Most importantly, you are curious, responsible, and have a structured approach to work!
Personal Attributes
We see you as a person with natural engagement, as you continuously develop together with your colleagues. You have an aptitude for creating an overview and planning parallel activities. You appreciate order and clarity and understand what is required for field work to be conducted safely and efficiently. You communicate clearly and contribute to professional collaboration within the team.
