Do you want to work in a central role where you drive complex projects from concept to final delivery?

We are now looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who wants to contribute to our continued development in a technologically advanced operation.

In the role of Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, executing, and monitoring both internal and external projects, with a focus on process development and machinery investments. You have overall responsibility for the projects and ensure they are delivered according to set goals for time, technology, and cost. As a project manager, you also serve as a natural link between different parts of the organization as well as external parties.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading process development and machinery investment projects from start to finish
• Ensuring follow-up, documentation, and reporting of projects
• Presenting project status and results both internally and externally
• Collaborating with functions such as production, production technology, quality, maintenance, tooling department, and R&D
• Contributing to the development of the company's working methods and project management structure
• Serving as a mentor and support to other project managers in the organization

You report to the Production Technology Manager and play a key role in creating structure, efficiency, and quality in project execution. The role also involves ensuring that work is conducted in accordance with current safety requirements and regulations.

Our Candidate

We are looking for someone with several years of project management experience, preferably within large machinery investment projects and technically complex environments. You have a technical university degree or equivalent experience and are accustomed to driving projects independently with a proactive approach.

Experience in project management within military ammunition or similar operations is considered an asset.
