About the role

As a Technical Property Manager, you are responsible for developing and managing our parking garages and surface parking lots – from concept to finished result. You drive maintenance work, initiate improvements, and lead projects through the entire chain: planning, implementation, and follow-up.

You will become an important part of our property unit and work in close collaboration with competent colleagues to secure long-term value in our facilities. The role involves an exciting mix of technology, economics, and operations where you truly make a difference.

Your assignment

In this role, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for technical systems (electricity, ventilation, control and monitoring)
• Drive planned maintenance and technical improvements
• Ensure that regulatory requirements and laws are followed
• Work with troubleshooting and optimization of facilities
• Participate in energy optimization work and sustainability initiatives
• Lead projects and renovations – from start to finish
• Have client responsibility towards suppliers
• Work with budgets, forecasts, and financial follow-up
• Be a technical support to the operations organization

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• A university degree in property management or equivalent
• Several years of experience in technical property management or similar
• Experience with energy systems
• Experience in project work

Meritorious:

• Project management experience
• Experience from public sector operations
• Knowledge of LOU (Public Procurement Act)
