We are now looking for a Technical Project Manager for an international technology company, where you will play a central role in driving customer projects from concept to delivery. Here, you become the link between design, production, and the customer – with a strong focus on technology, collaboration, and structure.

This is a role for you who has a background in mechanical design and wants to take greater responsibility in projects. You will work closely with experienced designers and project managers, while having the opportunity to develop in a business characterized by high technical competence and short decision-making paths.

As a Technical Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, driving, and following up on technical customer projects. The projects vary in scope and often include customer-specific product development, meaning you play a key role in ensuring that technology, schedule, and quality remain at a high level.

You work closely with designers and production, while maintaining an ongoing dialogue with customers. The role also involves coordinating both internal and external design resources and creating structure throughout the entire project execution.

Travel to customers occurs as needed, for example for follow-up, installation, or relationship building.

• Has a university or master's degree in mechanical engineering, mechanics, or mechatronics.

• Has several years of work experience in the technology field, including at least a couple of years in mechanical design.

• Has experience with CAD, preferably in an Autodesk environment.

• Has worked in technical projects and wants to take, or has already taken, the step into project management.

• Thrives in coordinating people, creating structure, and driving work forward.

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English. German is an advantage.

You are solution-oriented, communicative, and have the ability to keep multiple activities together simultaneously. With your technical understanding, you can conduct design dialogues while driving projects forward toward set goals.
