You are responsible for the execution of entire projects or specific parts thereof – from early phases to implementation and handover.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with and coordinating activities within ILS (Integrated Logistics Support), including maintenance planning, spare parts strategies, and lifecycle support
  • Identifying, analyzing, and monitoring technical and project-related risks through structured risk management
  • Collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders, such as suppliers and steering groups
  • Contributing to the development of working methods, processes, and methodologies within project management and operations

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management within product development, production, or technical operations
  • Experience from highly regulated industries such as defense, marine, or other safety-critical industries
  • Good understanding of quality requirements, verification, documentation, and technical regulations
  • Documented experience in ILS work, risk management, or work with reliability and maintainability is a requirement
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience working with or close to production, production technology, or maintenance is advantageous. We would appreciate experience with both traditional and agile project models, as well as familiarity working in complex organizations with many interfaces.
