We are now looking for a Production Engineer

As a Production Engineer at Bender, you will become an important part of our engineering team. You will work on everything from design and drawing creation to production preparation and the development of our manufacturing processes.

About the team

Bender Doors develops and manufactures fire-rated steel doors, security doors, and special doors for the Nordic market. As part of the Bender Group, we combine the commitment of a family-owned business with long-term stability and high technical competence.

Your role and responsibilities

• Design and drawing work in AutoCAD.
• Production preparation and creation of manufacturing documentation.
• Product development and technical improvements.
• Support to production in technical matters.
• Participation in the development of our automated production solutions.
• Collaboration with production, sales, and purchasing.

Who are we looking for?

You preferably have experience with:

• AutoCAD or similar CAD programs.
• Design and technical drawing work.
• Production preparation.
• Manufacturing industry.

It is an advantage if you also have experience with:

• CNC machines.
• Press brakes.
• Robot systems and automation.
• Lean or improvement work.

As a person, you are:

• Technical and curious.
• Structured and meticulous.
• Solution-oriented.
• Collaborative but also able to work independently.
• Interested in developing both products and working methods.
