Do you want to help develop future production in a high-tech and safety-critical operation?
We are now looking for a Production Engineer who wants to take a key role in developing, optimizing, and ensuring the quality of our production processes.
About the role
As a Production Engineer, you will work on analyzing, developing, and improving production processes and workflows. You will support production with technical questions, troubleshoot production issues, and identify root causes to create long-term sustainable solutions.
The role also includes designing tools, spare parts, and measuring devices, as well as creating and updating operational documentation and work instructions.
You will be involved in prototyping new products, investments in new production equipment, and various development projects. An important part of the job is also driving improvement work and coordinating smaller projects and work groups.
Your main areas of responsibility
- Responsible for operational documentation and work instructions.
- Ensure that workstations are designed efficiently and appropriately.
- Keep manufacturing-related drawings updated and accessible.
- Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives within production.
Our candidate
To succeed in the role, we see that you have the following:
- Technical university education or other relevant technical training
- Experience from manufacturing industry and production engineering work
- Experience in designing tools, spare parts, and measuring devices
- Good knowledge of CAD design
- Experience in project management or driving improvement work
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
As a person, you are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. You have good collaboration skills, communicate clearly, and thrive in a role where you take responsibility and drive development forward.
