Your role with us
As a Quality Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products, processes, and working methods. You will work both operationally and developmentally with quality issues, while actively supporting our LEAN work to create an efficient, stable, and competitive operation.
You will serve as a key support to production and work closely with colleagues across various functions to identify improvement opportunities, analyze deviations, and ensure that our processes meet both customer requirements and internal quality standards. You will also be a key contact person for our customers regarding quality-related matters and contribute actively to the development of the company’s quality management system.
Location is Tidaholm Träcenter. Working hours are primarily during the day. Travel may occur to a limited extent if needed.
In the role of Quality Technician, you will among other things:
- Drive and develop quality and improvement work within the operation.
- Ensure that quality standards, customer requirements, and internal working methods are followed.
- Conduct follow-ups, analyses, and root cause analyses of quality deviations to identify and implement improvements.
- Support production with quality assessments, quality measurements, and product improvements.
- Further develop and maintain the quality management system at the facility.
- Drive improvement projects and support the organization within LEAN methodology, 5S, and continuous improvement.
What you need to succeed in the role
To be considered for the role, you have at least five years of experience in quality work within manufacturing industry and a good understanding of production processes. You have worked with quality issues, quality tools, and deviation management, and are accustomed to working with root cause analyses and corrective actions.
Furthermore, you work comfortably with digital systems and have very good skills in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. You are comfortable analyzing, compiling, and presenting information in a clear and pedagogical manner. The role requires that you communicate well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Strongly meritorious for the position is experience with LEAN and improvement work, as well as knowledge of tools such as 5S, standardized work, and visual management to create efficient and sustainable processes.
