We are now looking for a structured and driven Site Maintenance Lead (Maintenance Coordinator) who wants to help develop our operations. In this role, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on maintenance activities, ensuring high availability, safety, and efficiency in production.

By working closely with production, engineering, and other support functions, you will play a key role in optimizing maintenance processes and driving continuous improvements. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Siemens Energy in Finspång, maintaining regular contact with the Maintenance Manager and the maintenance department.

• Planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance are central parts of your role.
• Efficient resource planning for personnel, materials, and external suppliers is ensured through your work.
• Follow-up and analysis of deviations, disruptions, and downtime are part of your responsibilities.
• Driving improvement initiatives within maintenance and availability is a key part of your impact.
• Structured work in maintenance systems and contributing to the development of routines and working methods are crucial for success.

• Relevant post-secondary education in engineering, maintenance, or production (e.g., engineer, vocational higher education, or equivalent).
• Experience in maintenance work within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of production processes and technical systems.
• Experience in maintenance planning and/or coordinating roles.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
