Your Role

We are now looking for an IT Service Manager who can take overall responsibility for our Cloud & Infrastructure capability – from daily operations and team leadership to implementing strategy and architectural direction. This is the role for you if you thrive equally well in technical discussions and in dialogue with the business and management.

As Service Manager for Cloud & Infrastructure, you are the hub in a technical team with global reach. You move naturally between the operational and the strategic – you solve today's problems while building tomorrow's platform. The role requires a holistic view, personal drive, and the ability to keep many balls in the air without losing direction.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Technical Responsibility and Modernization – You are responsible for the operation, management, and modernization of our infrastructure in both cloud and traditional environments. You drive the technical roadmap and ensure a sustainable lifecycle for platforms and services.
• Team Leadership and Competence Supply – You lead, coach, and prioritize the work in the technical team. Together with the line manager, you ensure the right competence, working methods, and tools to meet both today's and tomorrow's needs.
• Service Management and Vendor Management – You are the link between IT and the business and are responsible for ensuring services are delivered as agreed. You handle vendor relationships, drive improvement work, and create clarity regarding IT's capabilities and deliveries.
• Strategy, Environmental Scanning, and Development – You follow developments within cloud and infrastructure and translate new opportunities into concrete initiatives. You drive improvements that strengthen security, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

Your Key Interfaces

• CIO Office – Collaboration on architecture and technology standards, resource allocation via PMO, and support for business development within pm3 objects.
• Site Managers – Ongoing dialogue regarding local resources, competence development, recruitment needs, and team well-being.
• Business Demand – Collaboration with pm3 IT object leaders to capture upcoming needs for resources, support, and competence in good time.

The position can be located in Lund, Karlskrona, Stockholm, or Linköping.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have strong personal drive and take initiative in both operational and long-term improvement work. You thrive in change and have a natural ability to quickly get up to speed in new contexts and create structure in complex environments. As a leader, you are communicative and accustomed to creating clarity in dialogue with colleagues, vendors, and management. You move effortlessly between technology and business and have the ability to translate technical solutions into concrete business value, while working in a pragmatic and systematic way that creates stability and progress.

We are looking for you who have experience with:

• Standardizing, developing, and delivering capabilities and working methods within cloud and infrastructure – globally, across multiple sites.
• Ensuring the right prerequisites for a technical team regarding competence, methods, and tools.
• Proactively matching the team's resources against pm3 object lifecycles and current project needs.
• Working in an environment where infrastructure, security, and cloud services are closely linked.
• Advantageous to have experience working in manufacturing industry for complex products and linked business processes.

To succeed in the role, we also believe you have:

• An academic technical education in IT, engineering, or equivalent work-related life experience.
• The ability to handle technical and formal language in both Swedish and English.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.

Please note that the selection process begins from week 33, starting on August 10th.
