On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Service Desk Technician for a company in Helsingborg. The role involves temporarily strengthening the company's Service Desk and is ideal for you who have previous experience in IT support, incident management, and support tickets.

The position is full-time and initially planned for a minimum of four months, starting on August 17th.

About the Role

As a Service Desk Technician, you will handle incoming incidents and requests via phone, email, chat, and on-site. When issues cannot be resolved immediately, you are responsible for forwarding them to the appropriate internal team.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Handling incoming incidents and support tickets via phone, email, chat, and on-site
• Resolving incoming tickets when possible
• Forwarding tickets to the relevant internal team when necessary
• Handling access/permission requests
• Handling hardware-related requests
• Providing on-site support
• Supporting the company's various offices as needed
• Contributing to the optimization of workflows within the Service Desk
• Working proactively to prevent unnecessary tickets

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role and who feels confident working with incident management and support tickets.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• At least three years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with incident management in ServiceNow
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team and other internal departments
