We are looking for experienced IT security specialists for upcoming assignments with our clients in the public and private sectors.

We see an increasing demand for competence in information security, cybersecurity, and secure digitalization. Our assignments range from strategic advisory and security architecture to requirements specification, procurement, and implementation of secure IT solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

As an IT Security Specialist, you will work closely with business units, IT, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that information and IT security are integrated into the organization's processes, systems, and digital development.

Examples of Tasks

Depending on the assignment, you may work with:

• Conducting information security analyses and risk assessments.
• Developing and quality-assuring security requirements for systems, services, and procurements.
• Providing advice on information security, cybersecurity, and secure system development.
• Ensuring that security requirements are considered when introducing new systems and integrations.
• Participating in procurements through requirements specification, bid evaluation, and contract review from a security perspective.
• Working with security architecture, identity and access management, and secure data sharing.
• Providing support for secure integration between business systems, cloud services, and other IT environments.
• Contributing to the governance, monitoring, and development of the organization's information security work.
• Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and established standards.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with

• Several years of experience working in information and/or IT security.
• Experience in security work in complex IT environments.
• Experience in requirements specification and security work in development or change projects.
• Good knowledge of information classification, risk management, and security analyses.
• Experience with relevant standards and frameworks, such as ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or IEC 62443.
• Good knowledge of GDPR and other relevant laws and regulations.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Merits

• Experience from the public sector.
• Experience in IT procurement and requirements specification.
• Knowledge of NIS2, CER Directive, and other cybersecurity regulations.
• Experience in security architecture and Zero Trust.
• Experience in cloud security (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Experience in OT, industrial, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, SABSA, or similar.
