WILDCARD UNTAP is now looking for an experienced à la carte chef for the Norwegian west coast.
Do you dream of working where some of Norway's best ingredients come directly from the sea? Here you have the opportunity to work with fresh fish and shellfish in a restaurant where quality, craftsmanship, and ingredients are at the center.
Responsibilities
- Preparing Scandinavian à la carte dishes
- Working with high-quality fresh fish and shellfish
- Lunch and dinner service
- Mise en place and daily preparations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver a high dining experience
- Ensure quality, precision, and efficiency in the kitchen
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience as an à la carte chef
- Has good experience with fish and shellfish dishes
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with high-quality ingredients
- Can work independently and take responsibility
- Speaks Swedish or another Scandinavian language
Merits
