Café and Reception Staff 80% – Kristinehamn Arena

Are you service-oriented, responsible, and thrive in a social and active environment?

At Kristinehamn Arena, we are now looking for an engaged café and reception staff member to join our team. The position is 80% with a start date in September/October.

About the role

In this combined role, you will work both in the reception and in our café. You are often the first person our visitors meet, making your role central to the guests' experience with us. The position also includes evening and weekend work.

Your main responsibilities:

• Receiving and assisting guests in the reception
• Handling bookings and providing customer service
• Serving and simple preparation of food and drinks in the café
• Cash handling
• Contributing to a safe, pleasant, and welcoming environment

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from a café, reception, or similar service roles
• Is positive, detail-oriented, and flexible
• Enjoys meeting people and taking responsibility
