Your tasks

As a Runner, you play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient service for our guests. You are the link between the kitchen/bar and the serving staff, contributing to creating a positive experience for all our visitors.

Selected duties

• Transport food and drinks from the kitchen/bar to the serving staff quickly and safely.
• Assist serving staff with various tasks, such as clearing tables, refilling cutlery and glasses, and maintaining order in the serving area.
• Ensure that all orders are delivered correctly and on time.
• Communicate effectively with both the kitchen/bar and serving staff.
• Assist with simpler preparations when needed.
• Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
• Handle waste and keep storage areas tidy.

You are service-oriented and stress-resistant, but above all, you enjoy meeting new guests and ensuring their visit with us exceeds their expectations. You are responsible, proactive, and have a positive attitude that rubs off on both colleagues and guests. You work efficiently even when the pace is high, are detail-oriented, and have an eye for detail. Since families with children are our most important target group, it is important to specifically be able to see the children's perspective and needs.

Requirements

• You should be comfortable with both English and Swedish.

This is a seasonal employment from December to April, and the position is covered by HRF's collective agreement. Branäs collaborates with Ljung & Sjöberg to counteract alcohol, drug, and gambling issues and is a certified Proactive workplace against this.
