Your Responsibilities

As a chef with us, you will work both day and evening shifts in one of our restaurants, handling everything from à la carte dishes to hearty lunches. During lunch hours, many guests want to refuel at the same time, which means a high pace in the kitchen. What all our restaurants have in common is a constant focus on good ingredients and well-prepared food.

Who Are You?

You are efficient and structured, quick and solution-oriented with a passion for your profession. Stress resistance is something you already master, and you have the ability to juggle many balls in the air at once. A good work attitude, where you are passionate about your task and dare to take initiative, is a given, and you value good communication in the kitchen as well as between the kitchen and service staff. If you describe yourself as a quick learner and observant of details, you have an advantage with us. Being cheerful, positive, and service-oriented is seen as a given. Requirements

• Experience in the culinary profession or relevant education.
• You should be comfortable with the English and/or Swedish language.

• Driver's license and access to a car.

This is a seasonal employment from December to April, and the position is covered by the HRF collective agreement. Branäs collaborates with Ljung & Sjöberg to counteract alcohol, drug, and gambling issues and is a certified Proactive workplace against this.
