We are currently looking for a Kitchen Manager for our kitchen at Home Hotel Bristol. We are looking for someone who is engaged and driven, and who wants to take overall responsibility for the daily operations of our kitchen. You are a natural leader who enjoys planning, organizing, and ensuring high quality in all parts of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing and ordering of raw materials
  • Menu planning with a focus on quality, variety, and economy
  • Inventory and stock management
  • Quality monitoring and continuous development of kitchen routines
  • Ensuring that food handling complies with current legislation and HACCP routines
  • Planning and organizing daily work in the kitchen
  • Responsibility for self-control and documentation
  • Contribute to a good working environment and positive teamwork

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working as a kitchen manager, head chef, or in a similar role
  • Has good knowledge of HACCP and food safety
  • Has experience with purchasing, menu planning, and stock management
  • Is structured, responsible, and solution-oriented
  • Has a strong interest in cooking and quality
  • Is a good leader with the ability to motivate and develop employees
