We are currently looking for you who want to work 50% in our reception at Hotel Charlottenberg. As a receptionist with us, you are the face of the hotel and a key person in our guests' experience. We are looking for a driven and responsible employee who can deliver first-class service to our guests with energy, joy, and professionalism.

Job Description

As a receptionist at Hotel Charlottenberg, your tasks include among other things:

• Handling check-in and check-out, and being helpful to our guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure they have the best possible hotel experience.
• Managing the hotel's phone, email, and incoming bookings. You handle incoming bookings, invoices, reviews, and answer guests' questions.
• During your shift, you are responsible for keeping the reception area and other premises welcoming.

The work as a receptionist involves night shifts and varying working hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have previous experience in service and/or administration.
• Are computer literate and thrive in an administrative role.
• Have good communication skills in both speech and writing in Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience working with Hotsoft or another booking system.
• Master one or more additional languages.
• Have an interest in social media and want to help us develop the hotel's platforms together with our marketing department.

You have a natural ability to plan, execute, and follow up on your work. You enjoy working on improvement and development, are flexible, and are not afraid of change.
