Your responsibilities

As a barback, you are a crucial support pillar for our bartenders, ensuring the bar runs smoothly and efficiently. You are responsible for keeping the bar well-stocked, clean, and organized, creating the best conditions for delivering first-class cocktails and fast service to our guests.

Selected tasks

• Restocking drinks, ice, glasses, and other supplies behind the bar.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy bar, including dishwashing and cleaning work surfaces and equipment.
• Assisting bartenders with preparations, such as cutting fruit and making simple drink components.
• Ensuring there is an adequate supply of clean glasses and bar tools.
• Receiving and unpacking deliveries.
• Handling waste and keeping storage areas organized.

Who are you?

You are service-oriented and stress-resistant, but above all, you enjoy meeting new guests and ensuring their visit with us exceeds their expectations. You have an eye for detail, are meticulous, and can keep organized even when the pace is fast. Since families with children are our most important target group, it is important that you can specifically see the children's perspective and needs. You are flexible, take responsibility, and collaborate easily with others – while not hesitating to take initiative when needed.

Requirements

• You must be comfortable with both English and Swedish.

Merits

• Driver's license and access to a car.
• Experience with similar tasks as described above.

This is a seasonal employment from December to April, and the position is covered by HRF's collective agreement. Branäs collaborates with Ljung & Sjöberg to counteract alcohol, drug, and gambling issues and is a certified Proactive workplace against this.
