What does the role of Shift Leader Restaurant entail?
You who work in our restaurant are the first person the guest meets in our restaurant, which is why it is of great importance that you have a warm approach, are attentive to details, and aware of the guest's needs. You have a burning interest in food and drink and like order and discipline, both in your own work and that of your colleagues. All to give our guests a fantastic dining experience. Your main tasks will be to serve food and drinks and to be responsible for your own cash register. You also support the hotel team with other tasks as needed.
In the role of Shift Leader, you are responsible for hospitality for the entire hotel, both towards guests and employees. In addition to being part of the operations, you have an overall overview of the guest flow in the restaurant and, together with the team, ensure that tasks are prioritized so that the business runs smoothly and guests are satisfied. You lead and distribute the work and handle staffing during your shift. As needed, you are given the opportunity to train new employees at the hotel, and you also relieve the responsible manager of certain administrative tasks.
Who are you?
To fit the role, we believe you have at least two years of experience in similar work as well as experience in concept-driven operations. You have both the ability and the desire to work with an operational leadership style. You are confident in your leadership and have both integrity and sales drive. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests.
Information about the position:
The position is a permanent part-time employment. The work is mostly scheduled for evenings and weekends.
