We are looking for employees for Internal Services at Mässrestauranger

Mässrestauranger serves all food and beverages at Stockholm International Fairs in Älvsjö during all events. The company is family-owned and part of Food Family, which includes Mässrestauranger in Stockholm and Malmö, Stadshusrestauranger in Stockholm City Hall, Teaterbaren in Kulturhuset at Sergels Torg, Engsholms Slott on Mörkö, and Great Events Catering at Scandinavian XPO near Arlanda.

Passion for food, drink, and good service has characterized us for four generations. "Service from the Inside Out" is our guiding principle, and it starts with all of us.

We have several permanent restaurants in the fair complex, but we also set up catering for each fair, buffets for large receptions, bars for evening events, and more. We provide kitchen machinery and all other equipment and materials needed for the various events. We work with a high level of internal communication and collaborate well in advance to ensure high quality in our delivery to customers and guests.

About the position

We are looking for you who want to work in Internal Services with a wide range of different tasks.

The Internal Services department is the gear that keeps our operations running smoothly and works with everything "behind the scenes".

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Entry and exit control as well as receiving our employees
• Opening and closing of the company
• Warehouse and logistics (goods and materials must be in the right place at the right time for built-up cafés in the halls, large banquet orders, etc.)
• Maintenance and repairs of our kitchen machinery fleet and assessment of when replacement is needed
• Ensuring that premises, loading docks, warehouses, materials, clothing, and equipment are kept in top condition (You do not need knowledge of the machinery fleet or repairs.)
• Internal Services is responsible for washing work clothes and packing cutlery, crockery, and equipment

Competencies and qualities

You are a person who is passionate about providing good service and has the ability to prioritize and take initiative. You enjoy physical work and are willing to put in extra effort when needed. You are practical, detail-oriented, and have good multitasking skills as many things can happen simultaneously with us.

Since Internal Services opens and closes Mässrestauranger, it is of utmost importance that you are punctual and appreciate order and cleanliness.

You speak and understand Swedish and English fluently and preferably have at least a Category B driver's license and a forklift license.

About the position

The position is a fixed-term employment during the autumn semester, Sep–Nov 2026. Working hours are variable, meaning you will work daytime, evening hours, and weekends.
