Hellsten Hotels is a boutique hotel group in Stockholm comprising Hotel Hellsten, Rex Hotel, Rex Petit, Hotel Hellstens Malmgård, and Hellstens Glashus. Each hotel has its own personality, history, and charm. Through historic buildings, unique interiors, art, colors, and details from all corners of the world, we aim to create spaces that feel alive, personal, and memorable for both our guests and staff.

We are now looking for a new colleague who wants to help create exactly that feeling.

We are looking for someone who truly loves service. Someone who enjoys meeting people, gains energy from being where the action is, and happily jumps between different roles during the workday. At Hellsten, no two days are alike. Your days will vary, and the role is diverse – you will work both at the reception and in the bar, but also take on a leading role during events, dinners, and other arrangements where you are responsible for ensuring the guest experience is as excellent as possible. This role is for you if you enjoy variety, like taking responsibility, and thrive in an environment where everyone helps each other out.

We believe you:

• Have experience from hotels, restaurants, events, or other service operations.
• Are confident in your interactions with people and have a natural sense of hospitality.
• Enjoy taking responsibility and feel comfortable leading service during events and arrangements.
• Are flexible and appreciate that workdays look different.
• Take initiative and are accustomed to finding solutions when the unexpected happens.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment but understand the importance of personal service and attention to detail.
• Are unpretentious and enjoy working in a team where everyone helps each other.
• Speak Swedish and English fluently.
