About the Workplace

The Concert Hall is a central and vibrant part of Stockholm's cultural life, known for offering first-class concerts and events. The iconic building is a famous gathering place for the Swedish people. Over 200 concerts featuring orchestral music, chamber music, jazz, and world music, as well as exhibitions, are held here annually.

About the Position

Carotte is now looking for an experienced and dedicated team leader for the Concert Hall in Stockholm. As a team leader, you are a key person in creating a professional and welcoming experience for our guests. You are responsible for a group of consultants from Carotte who work at various types of events – from dinners and conferences to concerts and corporate parties. The number of guests varies greatly depending on the event, which places high demands on flexibility and the ability to work at a fast pace.

You lead the staff in operations, ensure an efficient workflow between the kitchen and service, receive deliveries, and assist with serving food and drinks. You are active throughout the entire event, communicate with the team, and provide support where needed. The role also involves standard restaurant and café duties such as cash handling and dishwashing.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Has good communication and leadership skills.
  • Is service-oriented with an eye for detail.
  • Can work under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Has knowledge of food and beverages (meritorious).

To thrive in this role, we see that you have a passion for service and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and employees. If you are ready to take the next step in your career and become part of our dynamic team, we look forward to your application!

Employment Type: Part-time hourly position (75%). You are employed by Carotte Food & Event and work together with our unit manager at the client site. Varying working hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Start Date: Mid-August, alternatively early September.

We do not accept applications via email but if you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. We process our applications continuously and recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible.
