Hotel Manager for a Keyless 41-Room Hotel in Southern Stockholm
We are opening a modern, keyless hotel with 41 rooms in southern Stockholm and are looking for a business-driven Hotel Manager who wants to be involved from the start and build the operations. You will be the sole employee in operations and have overall responsibility for filling the hotel with profitable occupancy, creating satisfied guests, and ensuring an efficient daily routine.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Active sales towards companies, associations, and event organizers in Stockholm.
- Pricing and revenue optimization based on season, demand, and events.
- Daily operations, guest relations, and coordination with cleaning companies and other suppliers.
We are looking for someone with experience from the hotel industry, who thrives with significant personal responsibility, is confident in digital systems, and is passionate about both business and the guest experience. Familiarity with the Mews booking system is a plus.
Arena Inn Hotel has 41 rooms and is Stockholm's newest hotel. Start date as soon as possible according to agreement.
