Brygga 5 Mat & Vinhus in central Sandefjord is now hiring both chefs and waiters for the summer season of 2026. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a lively restaurant focused on good food, high service standards, a broad menu, and a well-curated wine selection. During the weekends, the restaurant also transforms into a cozy lounge bar with extended opening hours.

We are looking for:

Chef

• Has culinary training or substantial experience from a professional kitchen.
• Is passionate about cooking and delivers high quality even at a fast pace.
• Is structured, responsible, and enjoys working in a team.
• Is flexible and available to work during the summer season.
• Speaks Swedish, Norwegian, or English.

Waiter

• Has experience in serving and restaurant work.
• Is service-oriented, positive, and enjoys working with people.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a good team player.
• Is flexible and available during the summer season.
• Speaks Swedish, Norwegian, or English.
