Crew 4 You is currently seeking experienced waitstaff with strong à la carte knowledge for assignments in Stockholm and surrounding areas.
We are looking for someone with broad experience from the restaurant industry, preferably with a background in à la carte and fine dining. You are confident in your professional role, accustomed to managing your own section, and proactive. You work independently but thrive in a team environment, and you are passionate about delivering a top-tier experience to every guest.
You are flexible, punctual, and have a strong sense of service. Interpersonal skills are highly valued – and if you also possess good knowledge of wine and bar operations, that is a significant advantage!
This role is ideal for those looking to work extra hours alongside another job while enjoying a more varied daily routine.
Start date: According to agreement.
Working hours: Varying shifts, including days/evenings and weekends.
Employment type: Hourly contract / on-demand shifts, with the possibility of part-time or full-time work.
You must be fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken). Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
