At Crew 4 You, we are looking for experienced waitstaff with good knowledge of à la carte service for assignments in Gothenburg and the surrounding area.
We are looking for someone with broad experience from the restaurant industry, preferably in à la carte and high-level service. You are confident in your professional role, take responsibility for your station, and work proactively with the guest in focus. You are self-sufficient but thrive in a team environment and have a natural sense of service and hospitality.
As part of Crew 4 You, you will have the opportunity to work in various restaurant environments and concepts. This requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to quickly get up to speed with new routines – something you see as an inspiring part of the job.
You are punctual, professional in your interactions, and contribute positive energy to the team. Great emphasis is placed on your social skills, and knowledge of wine and bar service is considered a merit.
Start: Immediately or as agreed
Working hours: Varying hours, day/evening, and weekends
Employment type: Hourly/extra as needed, with possibilities for part-time/full-time
You must be proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
