In Avesta/Horndal, we work closely with both companies and private individuals and are often their first point of contact with Sistec.
About the position
The role is strongly customer and service-oriented and involves largely working in reception/front desk as well as digital customer support. You meet people in person, guide them correctly, handle cases in our systems, and ensure that processes run smoothly.
Examples of tasks:
- Receive and help customers in the reception as well as at booked meetings and reviews for access.
- Work with incoming digital support and administration.
- Register and handle cases in our digital systems.
- Guide customers through their cases and processes in a clear and secure manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues and, if necessary, external parties.
- Follow up on customer cases and ensure good service throughout.
- Participate in the daily operations at the office and at customer sites.
The work takes place primarily from our newly established office on-site, but also at customer locations in the surrounding area.
Who are you?
We believe you have a background in service, reception, customer support, or similar, and that you are accustomed to working closely with people in a professional role.
You are:
- Service-oriented, positive, and solution-oriented.
- Confident in customer meetings and skilled in customer handling.
- Structured and responsible.
- Used to working independently but also thrive in a team.
- Comfortable with computers and digital systems.
You do not need to know everything from the start – we provide internal introduction and training in our methods and systems.
Qualifications
- Good computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office and digital support systems).
- Good Swedish and English in speech and writing.
- Category B driver's license (required).
- Additional language skills are meritorious.
Previous experience from service professions, reception, customer service, authorities, or similar is highly meritorious.
Other
The work sometimes involves travel within the northern region.
A background check will be conducted prior to employment according to current routines.
