Within Clockwork Matchning, we work to help job seekers move forward into jobs or education. The Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) is our client, and our goal is for everyone who chooses us as a supplier to achieve employment as quickly as possible.

Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for a business-driven job consultant for our office in Ludvika. As a job consultant, you will support our participants throughout the entire process towards employment or studies. You equip them with knowledge about the labor market and provide tools that increase their chances of employment. You also play a key role in creating and maintaining contacts with employers, recruiters, and educational providers to find the right matches.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Work actively with employers and education coordinators so that participants can enter the workforce or start studies as quickly as possible. This involves both developing existing contacts and daily searching for new collaborations.
• Hold individual conversations to map participants' competencies and needs, and based on their needs, strengthen their chances for jobs or education.
• Support in creating professional CVs and cover letters, provide interview training, and help participants with the practical job search.
• Hold seminars and workshops that strengthen participants' knowledge of the labor market and effective job searching.
• Work systematically in various business systems and follow up on results.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are communicative, business-driven, and have a genuine interest in people. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are solution-oriented, and see opportunities where others see obstacles. You like building relationships – both with participants and employers.

To succeed in the role, you are unpretentious, proactive, and creative – you like to think outside the box to find solutions that lead to employment.

You need to have:

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Additional languages are meritorious.
• Category B driver's license.

Basic requirements to work as a job consultant (according to procurement requirements):
You must meet one of the following:

• Post-secondary education of at least 180 credits (hp) and at least two years of documented full-time work experience.

or

• At least one year of full-time post-secondary studies with a passing grade, and at least three years of documented full-time work experience within one of the following areas:
  • Supervision with personnel responsibility
  • Recruitment
  • Transition work for job seekers
  • Study and career guidance
  • Personnel issues (not solely administration)
  • Working life and labor market issues
  • Social and group psychology
  • Career guidance
