About the Role

We are in an expansion phase and need to strengthen our organization with project managers for Regionfastigheter (Regional Properties) in Dalarna.

Regionfastigheter manages the consolidated property management for Region Dalarna. Our mission is to offer premises and services to the region's operations based on sustainable societal development. We manage approximately 450,000 sqm of premises and rent out an additional 120,000 sqm externally. Our largest objects are our hospitals, but we also manage folk high schools, health centers, and public transport buildings.

We develop premises and properties for new and existing tenants through renovation and new construction, and we now need to strengthen our organization with additional staff as we are in an expansion phase.

Responsibilities

As a project manager here, you are responsible for leading projects through all their stages. Your most important tasks are to ensure that projects meet the needs of our tenants. You will collaborate with architects, technical consultants, and contractors, as well as maintain close contact with tenants. A large part of the role involves finding the best solutions early in the projects and then participating in the procurement of suitable contractors. You are responsible for ensuring the project is carried out within set time and budget constraints, as well as achieving expected quality. You will have support from a competent and well-integrated organization consisting of property managers, project managers, space planners, technical specialists, and administrative support.

We also collaborate with colleagues from other regions through various networks we are engaged in.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Ability to drive projects independently and in a team
• Relevant experience in project management
• Experience in participating in and steering work within a project group
• University degree or equivalent
• Good knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards within the field
• Good administrative skills
• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• A valid B-class driver's license is required for the position as projects will be located throughout the county.
