We are looking for an experienced registrar who wants to strengthen our registry function during an important development phase. The Registry is a central function for ensuring legal certainty, transparency and efficient case management. We are currently in a position where we are actively working to build a more robust and sustainable operation.

Days here are varied and the pace changes, creating a dynamic and stimulating everyday life. The Registry is staffed by four registrars who together are responsible for ensuring that the operation runs smoothly. The work follows a rolling schedule that ensures that the core tasks of the registry function are always staffed and that the division of responsibility for today's work tasks – such as mail handling, functional mailbox and registration – is clear and structured. The schedule is continuously adapted to cover absences and meet the needs of the operation, while also providing good foresight and security in planning. A central part of the way of working is that all registrars must master all workstations, which both strengthens the competence in the group and creates a robust and flexible function.

The position is a full-time temporary assignment, with start date by agreement until 2026-12-31.

Responsibilities

As a registrar, you will:

• Be responsible for ongoing registry and registration
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents
• Ensure correct classification and structure
• Support the operation in matters concerning public access and confidentiality
• Contribute to the development of routines and working methods
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in administration and law

Qualifications

We are looking for you who

• Have a satisfactory upper secondary education
• Have documented experience of registry/registrar work
• Have good knowledge of legislation on public access and confidentiality
• Have experience working in document and case management systems
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you

• Have experience working in the document and case management system Platina
• Have experience working in public operations
• Have experience working in an operation with constant changes
• Have experience working with improvement projects
