The Social Services Administration is in an exciting phase of development where we strive to further strengthen our competence supply and organizational culture. To succeed with this, we are strengthening the administration with an HR Consultant with a special focus on the working environment area.

As an HR Consultant, you are part of the central administration with a location in Visby. The position reports directly to the HR Manager, and in this role, you will work closely with the administration's managers, leadership groups, and work groups. You are part of the administration's HR department, led by the HR Manager, which, besides yourself, includes another HR Consultant, a marketer, and a recruitment and staffing unit. You also have many HR colleagues within our sister administrations who are happy to give you support and inspiration in your development within the HR field.

We will shape your workplace together, but most likely you will work both from home and at Visborg as well as out in our operations around the island.

We are looking for you who want to continue driving and developing the Social Services Administration's personnel policy together with us.

Your Responsibilities

As an HR Consultant with us, you will be a key person in the administration's development within all HR areas, but especially within the working environment area. Together with your colleagues in the HR department, you will work with prioritized and forward-looking assignments within the HR field with the goal of becoming the most attractive employer.

We carry out the work together with the core operations and follow up on the results so that we can develop together.

Working as an HR Consultant with us means that you are given great personal responsibility in the daily work and the trust to plan and influence how you structure your workday, but you are never alone. You work together with all of the administration's operations and are part of a dynamic organization where you are surrounded by knowledgeable colleagues with great competence who are happy to celebrate successes with you.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have relevant higher education in HR or equivalent education/experience that the employer considers equivalent.

You have several years of experience working close to operations with support to managers within the working environment area, especially regarding health factors, sick leave, working environment deviations, managers' prerequisites, group and leadership development, as well as organizational culture. You are well acquainted with working environment legislation and have experience planning working environment interventions at the organizational and group level based on set goals and requirements. If you have previous experience leading development projects and working within the public sector, it is meritorious.

As a person, you are flexible, can analyze situations, and adapt to new circumstances. You enjoy collaborating with others and can easily establish new relationships. You are an active listener who communicates unhesitatingly with individuals and groups based on their unique prerequisites. Your initiative combined with your curiosity contributes to your success.

We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

A valid B-driver's license is required.
