Medical secretaries within specialist care in the Health and Social Care Administration are divided into two units: the unit for medical secretaries in surgical specialties/radiology/ICU, and the unit for medical specialties/rehabilitation/psychiatry/emergency department. Together, we are approximately 60 employees.

This position is for a medical secretary within surgical specialties, placed within surgery.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks include printing medical record notes in the TakeCare system, diagnostic registration, registering SVF processes, and other common healthcare administrative tasks such as cash register registration, scheduling, mail handling, and patient contact via TeleQ.

Who are you?

You are a trained medical secretary with good command of the Swedish language and solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Experience working in the TakeCare medical record system is an advantage.

You have a strong sense of service, see opportunities, are flexible, and can take initiative. You prioritize and organize your work independently but also possess strong collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A background check via extracts from the criminal record register will be conducted prior to the decision on employment.
