Do you want to sell Swedish premium products to customers in over 80 countries?

Kee is a global market leader in the premium segment of pastry bags for the hotel, restaurant, bakery, and confectionery industries. Since our founding in 1998, we have developed products focusing on quality, hygiene, innovation, and sustainability. From our modern factory in Norrköping, we currently export to more than 80 countries through an established network of distributors.
We are now looking for an International Sales Manager who wants to help develop our international sales.
Your Role
You will become part of our sales and marketing team and report to our Team Leader for Sales & Marketing. The role combines active new business development with responsibility for your own international customer portfolio, offering great opportunities to influence our continued growth.
You will work closely with our distributors worldwide and play a key role in developing both existing and new markets.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new customers and distributors in international markets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing distributors and customers.
- Manage your own international customer portfolio.
- Drive the entire sales process – from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Participate in international trade fairs and conduct customer visits.
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and logistics to ensure high customer service.
- Work on customer-specific solutions, such as private label, product adaptations, and packaging solutions.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone driven by creating business and building long-term relationships. You enjoy working independently, take initiative, and thrive in an international environment.
You likely have a few years of experience in B2B sales. Experience in international sales, export, or the distributor channel is advantageous, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personality, business drive, and willingness to develop.
We believe you:
- have experience in B2B sales,
- are business-minded, goal-oriented, and results-driven,
- are motivated by active new business development,
- build trusting and long-term customer relationships,
- work in a structured and independent manner,
- have excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written,
- have good knowledge of the Office suite and business systems.
Additional language skills are a plus.
Travel, both within Europe and to other parts of the world, is a natural part of the role.
