We are looking for personal assistants for various assignments, both temporary hourly positions and permanent roles in Skövde, Falköping, and Hjo.

We are looking for you who want to be a support in everyday life to increase quality of life in adulthood. A support to maintain and develop independence and abilities for users with disabilities.

As a personal assistant, you are a support and help the user create security in everyday life. We would like you to be responsive and curious; you need to be calm and patient. Experience from care and support, autism, and cognitive disabilities is an advantage. We would also appreciate experience with low-affective interaction and clarifying pedagogy.

The decisive factor is your commitment and that you have a genuine interest in contributing to an increased quality of life for the user in their daily life.

Selection and interviews are conducted on a rolling basis. Start date for introduction is by agreement, preferably immediately.

Salary range 140–170 SEK/hour.
