About Us
Welcome to Närhälsan Oden Health Centre. Here, 60 dedicated employees work in various professional categories such as doctors, district nurses, specialist nurses, assistant nurses, medical secretaries, psychologists, social workers, and psychotherapists. We are currently developing our operations and need to grow! Therefore, we are looking for two district nurses/registered nurses to join our team.
We currently have 11,450 registered patients of various ages, and together we work to meet our patients' needs in the best possible way. At our clinic, we work closely together in multiprofessional teams where every professional role is important and contributes to the whole.
Aside from being dedicated to our patients, we are also dedicated to each other. At the workplace, there is a shared interest in health and well-being – several of us enjoy exercise and cooking, and some gladly swap their nursing shoes for motorcycle helmets in their spare time. We believe that well-being and community also make us better colleagues and caregivers.

About the Job
Your duties at the health centre cover a broad field and include general medicine, where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and therapeutic capacity in primary care, both via phone, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic. Work at the emergency centre is included in the position.
The work involves both emergency and planned operations. As a district nurse/registered nurse with us, you have a varied and rewarding assignment. A central part of the work is our assessment clinic, where you use your competence to make professional assessments, prioritize patient flows, and contribute to safe and efficient care. Close collaboration occurs with your colleagues at the unit and cross-professionally in the team, as well as with other actors such as home care and other specialist care. Together with the health centre management, you are responsible for developing and driving the operations forward. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so mentoring students is also included as part of your role at the health centre.
About You
You are a licensed registered nurse, preferably with specialist training as a district nurse. Experience from working in primary care and/or having a 7.5 ECTS student supervision education is meritorious.
We are looking for you who take initiative in your work and are confident in making your own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can prioritize your tasks efficiently. Teamwork is a central part of our operations, which is why we value a non-hierarchical approach and the ability to utilize and appreciate the combined competence of the work group.
In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, sensitive, and have a desire to help others. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener during both digital meetings and visits at the clinic. We would appreciate it if you have an interest in digitalization and operational development.

Travel for work purposes occurs; a B-category driver's license is required.
Interviews at the health centre will be held on a rolling basis.

About the Recruitment Process
Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite relevant candidates to a telephone interview. Thereafter, the hiring manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the health centre.
