The Municipal Primary Care/Home Care unit consists of 5 rehabilitation staff members, 17 nurses, and two nursing assistants, who together are responsible for all home care in Bollebygd. The Preventive Activities unit, consisting of a safety guardian and a relative consultant, is also part of Municipal Primary Care/Home Care.

We are looking for a nurse for Bollebygd's Municipal Primary Care/Home Care. We offer you a varied and meaningful job with significant responsibility and considerable influence. You will work in a creative and positive work group characterized by closeness between colleagues, management, and decision-makers who work for a good working environment and job satisfaction. You will work days, occasional evenings, and one weekend every four weeks. The work is varied and largely takes place in people's homes or in specialized housing.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

This position includes standard nursing duties where our work is characterized by equal value, care, and a professional attitude. Collaboration with colleagues in the nursing team is central, and you are expected to have close contact with both internal and external actors such as care staff, rehabilitation personnel, and authorities. Documentation is done in Life Care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and have a B driving license. You must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. If you are a specialist nurse in district, anesthesia, ICU, ambulance, psychiatry, or elderly care, this is considered an advantage. It is also an advantage if you are a nurse/specialist nurse with prescribing rights.

As a person, you are proactive and have good collaboration skills. Furthermore, you have an aptitude for independently planning and carrying out your daily work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Salary: Monthly salary.

Duration: 11 days - 3 months, start: Start date by agreement.
