We work to ensure that all residents of Värmdö can live a rich and free life. We want to be the ones who make the dream of a vibrant, secure environment for home, family, and business a reality.

To succeed fully, we need diverse competencies and must work together to build a common and trust-based work culture, built on brave, responsible employees who understand the needs and wishes of the citizens.

Our Operations

Ösbyskolan is a well-established grades 1-9 school with approximately 700 students and 90 dedicated employees. Since our founding in 1996, we have built an operation that combines security and tradition with innovation and development. The school is centrally located in Gustavsberg, Värmdö Municipality, just 25 minutes from Slussen, with modern facilities and good transport links.

We have a clear mission – to give every student the best possible conditions to succeed in their learning and grow as a human being.
