Forskolan Fjärilen is a growing organization with its headquarters in Örebro and preschools in both Kumla and Täby. Together, we are developing our internationally award-winning holistic concept, The Butterfly Concept, where children's safety, health, and development are at the center.

We are now looking for an engaged preschool teacher who wants to become part of our team at Förskolan Fjärilen Guldvinge in Kumla, outside Örebro.

We are looking for you who are confident in your professional role, enjoy collaborating, and want to contribute both knowledge and energy. You have a warm and professional approach and see the value in building close relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum for preschools and preferably experience in systematic quality work. Together with your colleagues, you plan and develop teaching based on the children's interests, needs, and curiosity. You are inspired by the idea of the competent child and enjoy working in an exploratory and project-based manner.

We work based on the internationally award-winning Fjärilen Concept – a holistic concept where thoughtfully designed learning environments, a salutogenic approach, and inspiration from Reggio Emilia's pedagogical philosophy work together to create the best conditions for children's health, well-being, and development. Our activity-based learning environments are shared by all groups and give children the opportunity to explore, develop, and become more independent in their daily lives.
