About Tallängens School

Tallängens School is located in the quiet area of Hällabrottet, with the forest extending into the schoolyard, offering fantastic opportunities for play and outdoor activities. The school consists of preschool class, after-school center (fritidshem), and school from grade 1 to 6. Approximately 30 employees work at the school.

We view Tallängens School as a shared workplace where we together focus on seeing opportunities in differences and, based on that, develop the goal achievement for all our students, both within the after-school activities and preschool class as well as in primary school (F-3 and 4-6).

Currently, we are focusing among other things on development work within language-developing approaches and on developing the work of directing support to students where it is needed most.

Job Responsibilities

At Tallängens School, you will be active within the F-3 work team, which mainly consists of teachers, after-school teachers, and student support staff. Together with a teaching colleague, you are responsible for teaching in grade 3 (consisting of 35 students) and ensure that planning is well anchored through collaboration with the work team.

You have close cooperation with guardians, the school's student health team, and the principal. Collaboration, communication, and professionalism are key words in our operations. This is a permanent position.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a teaching license for younger ages and are interested in school development. Being positive, engaged, and flexible, as well as having the ability to think innovatively, are qualities we value highly. You have good collaboration skills and a positive and professional attitude towards both students, guardians, and colleagues. You should be curious about students' different ways of thinking, learning, and understanding, and see their individual needs as an obvious asset and a rewarding challenge.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability. Selection and interviews will take place continuously during the application period, and the position may therefore be filled before the final application date.
