Fylsta School is a primary and lower secondary school located in central Kumla, currently serving approximately 340 students. We offer a safe and flexible work environment with excellent commuting options, located just 500 meters from the train station. At Fylsta School (grades F-6), you will work in a team with two other teachers, creating great opportunities for flexible collaboration. Each class also has a youth worker attached for part of the day, as teamwork is our foundation.

Fylsta features a Flex Unit where students have the opportunity to be in a smaller group setting for part of the day. Every student at Fylsta is provided with a digital device (Google Suite for Education) as a tool for their learning. About the Position

We are currently looking for a teacher with qualifications for grades 4–6 for a permanent position. The role involves teaching in grades 4–6 with a start date in the autumn of 2026. You will be part of a teaching team consisting of two other teachers. We prefer candidates with qualifications in Mathematics, Swedish, and English, but there is flexibility in the role's structure based on your specific qualifications.

About You

You hold a teaching license for grades 4–6. We are looking for someone who works independently, possesses strong social skills, and is responsible and engaged. A positive and professional attitude towards students, parents, and colleagues is essential. We place great emphasis on a student-centered approach and personal suitability.
