About the position
We are looking for an engaged teacher for grades 4–6 who wants to contribute to knowledge development and security. As a teacher at Lundby School, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching in close collaboration with colleagues. The position includes mentorship responsibilities where you contribute to creating security, participation, and good conditions for each student's learning and development. As a mathematics teacher, you will have the opportunity to participate in an exciting research and development project in mathematics where you will work with exploratory teaching and strengthen students' mathematical thinking together with researchers and colleagues.
You are part of a collaborative work team where teaching is planned, implemented, and evaluated jointly based on students' needs and employees' different competencies. Collaboration with student welfare services and other professions is a natural part of the assignment. The work is characterized by a clear focus on knowledge and values, as well as a shared responsibility for the school's students, where differences are seen as an asset in the pedagogical work.

Examples of tasks:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching in grades 4–6 based on steering documents and students' needs.
- Use methods and approaches that create good conditions for learning and the best possible goal fulfillment.
- Have mentorship responsibilities and support students' knowledge-based and social development, as well as contribute to their upbringing.
- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment and collaborate with colleagues in the work team.
- Keep up to date with current research and proven experience within the field of operation.
- Work in and document according to the operation's digital systems and current routines.

Qualifications
As a teacher, you are relationship-building and have good ability to communicate and collaborate with students, colleagues, and guardians. You take responsibility and drive your pedagogical work forward with a good understanding of students' different needs and conditions. The work takes place both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues, which requires that you can listen, communicate clearly, and handle emerging questions and dilemmas in a constructive and solution-focused manner.

Requirements:
- Teacher certification with eligibility to teach mathematics, Science and Technology, and Technical Education for grades 4–6, or alternatively a degree that qualifies for teacher certification.
Merits:
- Subject eligibility in Swedish, Swedish as a Second Language, English, and Social Studies subjects.
- Education in ICDP (Interpersonal Dynamic Process), guiding interaction.
- Experience in using ICT as a tool in teaching.
- Experience in working with image support and TAKK (Accessible Communication with Compensatory Codes).
- Experience with accessible learning environments.
