About the Operations

Sköllersta School is located in the center of Sköllersta town in Hallsberg Municipality, with proximity to a lush, green local environment. The school has spacious premises and a good digital infrastructure. The unit's geographical location offers great opportunities for various forms of outdoor activities for both students and staff. Sköllersta is located approximately 20 km from Örebro and central Hallsberg, with good transportation options via local traffic. The school has approximately 130 students and 21 staff members organized into three work teams and groups.

Job Responsibilities

Currently, Sköllersta School is seeking temporary staff reinforcement for the F-3 work team and the after-school center in the form of a student and group resource, consisting of one or two positions. The positions primarily involve instructional support at the individual or group level, but may also include elements of whole-class teaching for younger age groups. The roles also include support and work during morning and afternoon after-school care.

Qualifications

We are primarily looking for you who are trained as a student assistant for younger age groups, or you who have good experience and merits in mentoring and support teaching for children with NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders). You are a secure person and can professionally meet all children based on their prerequisites and needs. You work from a relational and salutogenic perspective and preferably have previous experience working with children in need of support in their emotional regulation.
