Responsibilities

You will work at the lower primary level as a teacher reinforcement or special needs teacher for grades 2 and 3. The assignment involves working at the individual, group, and organizational levels based on the students' needs. You will collaborate closely with the school's resource team and mentors and play a central role in preventive and promotional work, with the goal of identifying and removing barriers in learning environments. As a teacher/special needs teacher, you actively contribute to the development of the school's physical, social, and pedagogical learning environments.

Your responsibilities include:

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed teacher with the eligibility to teach in grades F-3 or a licensed special needs teacher.

You are a confident and clear leader and find it easy to create and maintain good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You value and contribute to good collaboration by having an open, accommodating, and problem-solving approach. You are structured and have the ability to plan, organize, and analyze students' learning as well as your teaching structure in an effective way that leads to desired results.

To contribute to the school's continued digital development, you are expected to possess good IT skills and be able to easily adapt to digital systems. Furthermore, you must master the Swedish language to such an extent that you can communicate with students, colleagues, and guardians, and that you can document in writing what the operation requires.

Experience in working with language-developing methods or Swedish as a second language is meritorious.

Personal suitability is given great weight.
