Do you want to work at schools outside the city? Do you prefer working in smaller units with small student groups and secure colleagues? Dylta Schools is now looking for a Wood and Metalwork Teacher! We warmly welcome your application!
About the position
You will work as a Wood and Metalwork teacher at our two schools, Ervalla and Ölmbrotorp. Your week is divided so that you spend one day at each school; Ervalla on Tuesdays and Ölmbrotorp on Thursdays. You will work in parallel with the Textile Crafts teacher and be part of the work team at each school. You are expected to contribute to the development of the work team by actively participating in conferences and competence development.

About the workplace
Located between 16–20 km outside central Örebro, in a beautiful and nature-friendly setting, you will find the Ervalla and Ölmbrotorp schools, which together form Dylta Schools. Each school has approximately 100 students, from preschool class to grade 6. The schools share a principal and collaborate closely in several areas.

Qualifications
As a teacher, it is important that you have good collaboration skills, that you listen and communicate effectively, and that you contribute to a calm and secure school environment. You have a good understanding of how people acquire knowledge and recognize people's different prerequisites. You adapt easily to changed circumstances and see opportunities in change. Furthermore, you communicate clearly and ensure that messages are received. You are outgoing, create contacts, and maintain relationships.
