Description

In the northern part of the municipality, you will find the care and housing facilities Hestragården and Vitsippan. The operations consist of permanent housing in the form of care apartments and short-term care.

To Hestragården, we are now looking for you who want to be part of driving good care and housing for the elderly. The position requires flexibility, independence, and the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions.

It is important that you have an interest in helping others and that in your interactions you are calm, receptive, and communicative. Respect for differences and the equal value of all people is fundamental. Your teamwork is deeply linked to your ability to collaborate and participate in your own and the operation's development.

Job Responsibilities

You work with person-centered nursing care, encourage independence, participation, and create a meaningful everyday life together with the individual.

You are an important part of the multiprofessional team around the elderly person. In addition to assistant nurses, there is activation staff, service personnel, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

You must have a secondary education within the nursing program, health and social care, or other education assessed as equivalent.
